Hi guys, I'm a new real estate investor currently living in Berkeley, California (area code: 94704) and was wondering if there's someone in or around the Bay Area willing to help me practice analyzing residential property deals to make sure I got my numbers correct? Willing to pay by the hour and come to your preferred location. Thank you!

Hi Hurui,
Maybe find your local real estate investment group. There are often people there who find it fun to help new people, and if you brought your numbers, might be willing to look them over for you.  People on BP can sometimes help, but a lot depends on geography. Good luck!
