What are some of your due diligence list you must not skip? Also provide a short details how you go about in doing the research. I'm putting together a list of the due diligence that we must not miss or skip and please list your most important first.
Examples:
1. General inspection.
(where, who, how you find your inspector and what are the lists of inspection you must have?
