Refinancing/Mortgage Lenders in Buffalo, NY

Hi,

I am a newer investor to the game but am looking to refinance my owner-occupied FHA into a conventional or investment loan to house hack another multi-family property in the area.

Looking for any small local lenders or national lenders who have low cost refinancing available. Plan is to refinance this fall and move onto the next one when I hit the 1 year occupancy this winter.
