Practicing with Pro Formas
Hey guys, I am currently reading "The ABC's of Real Estate Investing" by Ken McElroy and he mentions getting on an email list that sends pro formas of apartments to practice analyzing deals. I've done a little research but was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of email lists to be a part of so that I can practice? Thanks!
