Hi Bigger Pockets.  

My name is Curtis Nelson and I'm located in North Western Wisconsin, 54810.  I am currently working as an operations manager for a construction company building high end lake homes and am wanting to branch out into fix and flip and multi family investments.  

I have the experience on the construction side when it comes to zoning, contracts, sub contractors, design and actual work performed but I am just starting out with the real estate and financing side. 

I currently own 1 duplex and am in the process of getting my real estate license.

I have good connections with local real estate agents, sub contractors, inspectors, banks, title companies, zoning and much more.
