I've tried to find a REI club locally, but no luck. I'm just starting my investment career and haven't purchased anything yet. I'm worried about the housing market and don't want to make any mistakes. Do any of you know who I could talk to or see for advise (someone who understands the local market - San Luis Obispo, CA)?
