Hey y’all I’m Louis imbriaco I’m from Austin, Texas and I’m just getting into real estate. I’ve been reading books about real estate as well a listening to tapes from BiggerPockets and intending seminars and just learning from others for about 2 months. I’m ready to get this thing rolling I’m really exited as well. My main goal is to have passive income and become financially independent. If y’all can give me a few tips on how to m started and what the first steps I should take that would be awesome. I’m really motivated, I hope to get my first deal within the next month or even this month. Thanks In advanced.

Welcome @Louis Imbriaco

You're in the right place if you're looking to chart a path to financial independence.

There's lots of ways to build a passive income machine.

Best to play to your strengths.

  • If you're handy then flip.
  • If you're a numbers guy then do notes.
  • If you're a designer then do short term rentals/rental arbitrage.

Tell us which category you're in so we can suggest what may work best for your personality and talent profile.
