First contact letter
My wife and I are from PA and we drove by a house recently that looked overgrown but in a very nice area. After researching the owner through county records it looks like they still live there. We want to make contact with the owners to see if they're interested in selling. We do not want to violate any laws for solicitation or anything. Is it okay to just send a random person you've never met before a letter politely asking to buy their house? What advice would help us contact them and not agitate them?
