House hacking quadplex
Hi everyone,
I am currently reading Set for Life by Scott trench, it’s great so far. I am on step one for saving $25,000. Once I get there I was considering house hacking a quadplex. I was wondering if it is realistic to get one where the cashflow from 2 units covers the mortgage principal and interest? I think this would mitigate vacancy cost but I was wondering if anyone has experience with this?
