Company Relocation (should I rent out or sell my property?)

Hey folks, I'm new to the BP forums, but have read some BP books (Set for Life, The Book on Rental Property Investing twice).

Need some help analyzing whether I should rent out or sell my home (3br/2ba in Zachary, La). The situation here is: Company relocation from Zachary, La to Spring, Tx. Home is located in the best school district in Louisiana and would go quick, whether I sell or rent.

For the sale: I've got $25k equity in the property and company will pay closing costs. If I later decide to sell, I'd have to pay closing costs on my own (plus capital gains).

For the rental: I owe $1,054 monthly for Prin, Int, Taxes, Insur. I already got a property manager engaged and he advised that I could rent the house for $1,800. HOA is $21 per month. House is 8 years old (low maintenance).
