A quick starting tax question

I haven’t formally started a LLC yet but I’m wanting to gather materials and scope properties. My question is my mileage, new laptop and a portion of my cell bill write offs without having formed my llc yet? My CPA seems to be too busy to take my call so I’ll be looking for a new one of those. LOL
