I'm 18 and want to buy my first investment property I need advice
I live in Las Vegas NV, where there is a new down payment assistance program that gives you up to 20K. This down payment assistance program only works with single family homes. I was really looking into getting a fourplex, duplex or triplex. The problem is I only have around 20K saved up. I have talked to lenders that say I can get approved for a fourplex but my options would be very limited. I am not sure if I should just use the down payment assistance program and buy a single family rental or keep saving for something multi family??
