Need info for Tax delinquent list

Does anyone know what to do if you get a tax delinquent list that is like 2000 pages but has no addresses? I called and asked if there was another list they could provide. I was told only the upset sale list which comes out once a year, 30 days before the houses are auctioned. Anyone have any ideas? I'm in Allentown Pa.
