I am a Newbie Investor based out of Raleigh, NC.  I am looking to get into Multifamily Syndication.  I am a Business broker by trade so I have started to develop a network of possible investors.  I am looking to gain a mentor out of state or in state.  I am asking on Bigger Pockets because I have noticed that the Real Estate Investors that are active on here like to help others.  I am no stranger to hard work.  Just want someone to help my focus on the task and strategies that I should be focusing on.
