Hello everyone! I consider myself a “starting out” real estate investor. I have 3 rental properties, have done a couple profitable flips, and also manage my grandfathers rental properties... just a little background. I’m interested in getting into wholesale. I want to learn as much as i can. The thing is, i don’t know where to start, or what i should do. So I’m writing here because I want all the help i can get, all the tips, all the advice!
