Okay, so myself and my father are looking into house flipping along with investment properties. With that being said I will be joining the business here in the future and he has asked me to put together something that shows how much I can make coming into the business along with how much he can pay himself. He knows how to do all of that stuff but he wants me to do it to learn, which makes sense. So I'm looking for some guidance as to where to start along with how to set something like that up. Any help is appreciated!    Side note he already has a few investment properties along with we are getting ready to buy 5 duplexes. Thank you. Dustin
