advice for lawyers ?

Hey I’m a newbie here and to real estate investment I’m currently working on a seller finance deal the house has some back taxes they I’m gonna have to take care of which will be deducted from the price I owe the owner for the property I’m a little scared but low on cash and hungry for this deal and to start does anybody know of a lawyer in the Philadelphia area that could handle something like this
