MA buy-to-rent Properties

I’m young and just getting into real estate, and by that I mean I’m doing due diligences and checking out buy-to-rent property prices. Wondering if there are podcasts or websites I can go to, to learn how to analyze properties and find good deals. I have limited cash resources at the moment because I’m 19 and my career as a mechanic is just starting. Hoping within a year to have my first rental property, looking for any tips or advice.
