Good afternoon BP community, I’ve been on BP for a while and love reading your stories, both successful and non-successful. I’ve been doing short term rentals and had to dive in and made major fixes before. Recently, I just got my RE license with the intention to farm through the MLS and connect with other investors to find fix & flip properties.
