Starting Wholesaling in the Bay Area!

Hi Biggerpockets! Just wanting to introduce myself on the forum, I’ve been looking into real estate and learning all I can. I currently just have a part time job as a property manager for commercial properties in the East Bay Area. My goals are to house hack, learn more about property managing and wholesaling and get investing in rental properties.

I am currently looking to learn about wholesaling and if that is a valid option in the Bay Area seeing as it is an expensive market but if anyone is currently doing it in the area and could use help I would love to meet up and discuss the market and wholesale in general!

Really looking forward to developing my real estate knowledge and working with anyone in the Bay Area!
