Seeking Investor Friendly Realtor in Dallas, Flip to House Hack

I’m 25 and currently living in Dallas, Texas. I’m looking for any investor friendly realtors that can help me find an ideal property to rehab and then house hack. Any advice, referrals, or input would be greatly appreciated.

I know DFW is a very hot sellers market right now but I feel like I’m at the perfect time and opportunity in my life to start house hacking and break into the real estate investing arena.

Am I better off waiting a few years until the market cools off a bit and I’ve saved up more cash?
