A little Confusion for a Newbie Wholesaler.
Hello all, Okay so I am at a crossroads. I have been trying to put my Wholesaling Business together I understand I have to have a Email, a Phone Number, A CRM and a couple other things to keep track of all of your incoming and out going leads. The delimia I am having is the Legal side of things and yes I know "CPA" but we are on a very tight budget here just starting out. I am so darn confused when it comes to doing wholesaling legally aka "DBA, LLC, S-CORP" I know a lot of people say go a head and do them in your name but Podio and the phone systems want a Business Email and I want to set up the Business but, I am literally jumbled up and confused on how in the heck can I structure this thing? I am basically focusing all on Assigning contracts so a LLC is not necessary? I don't know I've read too many opinions and everyone's post and videos and blogs I've read is kind of like going around in a circle some say do deals in your name to start out some say do them in a DBA then some say do them in a S-Corp I just don't know I want to structure it legally also another question is... I have Two Business name ideas but since im wholesaling dose it not make since to have a acquisitions name and a distributions name? and would the distributions name aka "My wholesale Website or what ever have to be legal too? like lets say "TRISTAR WHOLESALE HOMES or w/e just a example. I understand each entity has different tax purposes but how in the heck is this thing structured if your just assigning contracts? My Business name I cant give it in full but the ideal name I have is either Property Solutions or Home Buyers from a Wholesale stand point which one of thoughs sound better and not that's not the full name I have a nature term in front of thoughs two that I wont give away.
