Partnering Without Affecting Personal Borrowing Power
A friend and I are looking to partner up and buying a rental property. He's concerned that doing so will affect his future ability to borrow for a personal mortgage. What are some of the best ways to safeguard against this?
Initially we were thinking of getting an LLC - wanted to get more advice/tips on the matter from you guys!
