hey BP, I'm just trying to be more comfortable with my ARV numbers and im running into few older properties around the 1890s -- 1920's sometimes and not many comps i can find, HOW IMPORTANT IS YEAR BUILT WHEN COMPARING AND DETERMINING THE ARV? please and thanks
