New to REI - Need Guiding Light

Hi, Everyone, I am new to real estate investment and live in metro Detroit area. I need helps from you guys. I started to look for property this summer. However, my agent did not really understand what I want. So, I decided to get myself a license. I passed my real estate license test last month. But, how I can find a local broker ( prefer who is also an investor) I can hang on my license to his or her wall. I am planning to make 2 to 4 investment properties each year, and hopefully get more when i have some experience.
Anyone who can refer to me a willing investment broker would highly be appreciated.

Andy
