First potential BRRR property, but 1.5 hour away from home

Hi, I think I have spotted my first potential BRRR property and I am really interested in it. However, it is 1.5 hour drive from me. Just want some insight of how you guys do it with a 9-5 job, while BRRR-ing on properties that are far away from the city that you live in. I do not know any contractors or property mgm there. Just want to hear some advices. Thanks!
