Buy and Hold + Rental Income in Tucson?

Looking to build a portfolio of buy an hold rental properties and am new to REI. My goal is to use this as supplemental income not a full time gig. I'd like to retire in 10-15 years and figure this would be a good option to get some cash flow after I leave my day job I'm looking at some turnkey companies in Memphis and KC but it seems like Tucson is also a good market? I live in San Diego and travel to AZ a few times a year so I know that area better than KC or Memphis. Are there any turnkey providers based in Tucson?
