I Want to Flip Houses but I Don’t Know How
Hi,
I always been interested in real estate, and I recently decided that I want to invest in flipping. Just one problem...i dont know where to start. I have no money of my own, but know I can be successfull starting out with OPM. I just don’t know how to go about the entire process. I read a few articles on BiggerPockets on how to begin investing, but I feel like they are geared more to what is required to be successful rather than a step by step guide on the chronological of things.
Do I find a lender first? Or do I find a rehab first?
Do I build a team before the rehab begins, or do they get hired at different times throughout the process?
How do I analyze cost of home/repairs? And where do I look to find comparable homes?
It is all so confusing =(
I’m looking for someone direct me to any readings that me be of better help. Any advice is also welcomed.

No offense. I think you are a long ways off from being able to successfully complete a flip. I'm not a flipper so maybe I am wrong but good luck getting someone else to loan you money when you have zero experience.
