New Investor Looking for a Mentor

I'm new to the country but it doesn't take a scientist to see that investing in real estate is a great opportunity. Looking for a great mentor in the NJ area or virtual mentor to help me chart a path, develop my skills and scale my business. My business is already registered as an LLC. However, finances are a major challenge and less likely to be approved a loab. Still don't want to give up on this goal. I need help.
