New to Investing in Brevard County Florida

Hey guys, I am new to real estate investing. What would you guys recommend that I do to really get started? I need advice on skip tracer for phone numbers? And do you recommend driving for dollars versus a direct mail campaign initially to get started? Thank you in advance! Also how do I get to the code violations for Brevard County?
