What questions should I be asking?!
So I’ve been building my network by accumulating a list of names and information for investors near me! Soon I will be reaching out to those I’ve come in contact with. I am going to be spending some time asking questions but I want to make sure I’m asking the right ones! I just closed on my second property. I’m looking into possibly wholesaling. For now I am looking to buy and hold and make money by renting out. Then eventually doing a 1031 to upgrade to a triplex or possibly multi family unit. For those of you that have been investing for a while my question is this... if you could go back to the beginning what things do you wish you would have known?
If you could make a list of questions to ask investors what would you ask them?
Anything is helpful! #buildinganempire
