Trying to form an LLC in Cincinnati Ohio.

I just closed on my first 4 family yesterday. I walked away from closing with a cool 3k. But Im having trouble forming my LLC. Anyone have any advice? Legal zoom offered some 400$ package, but that didnt seem right.

Goto the states website and you can fill out the forms online and only have to pay the $99 LLC reg fee.
