hi everyone my name is Kevin and I'm from California. I recently started reading books on real estate specifically on wholesaling and rental properties which caught my attention. The only problem is that I don't know where to start. I'm trying to get into wholesaling. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated or if your close to my location we can set up an appointment to meet.
