Opinions on a property

Hello I am just beginning my real estate investing journey. A little about me - I am currently AD military living near the Ft Bragg area in North Carolina. I don't have the most money saved but I would like to start working my way towards financial freedom.

I have been looking at this property but because I am skeptical I would like thoughts on if this seems to be a good idea or not. I don't have a ton of money to start but I could get a VA loan and a line of credit to do any rehab. Also why did this house sell for so cheap ($6,000) in 2016 and is now being turned around for $45,000? The link is posted below. What would YOU do?

Thank you for your time.
