Lets hear the bad side too
I've been listening to BP podcasts a lot lately and I didn't hear a whole lot about the negatives of real estate investing and in particular in partnerships going bad. How bad can it get? How do you recover? What do I have to look out for before I enter a partnership?
Thanks for all the info and the good work.
(BTW I'm new to this, and new to the country, just starting looking into it because I know this is the right path for me)
