New Real Estate Wholesaler In Utah

Hello everyone,  

I am new to real estate investing and have chosen to focus on wholesaling homes, and later on getting some rental properties under my belt. I have yet to do any deals in real estate, but have done my best to learn what I can to get started in wholesaling. I am ready to take the jump into getting started.

I wanted to get tips on what the best ways are to market myself to sellers. I have created a website, and just ordered postcards to be direct mailed. I used Vistaprint, but if you know of a better service let me know.

I will also be ordering cards. What success have others had with bandit signs? Or having car window decals?

All in all, what is your favorite and most effective way to get your name out there?

@Kuba F. Thank you so much for the input. I currently own a pet care business and have my business on my back window. I have decided to take it off for that same reason, and could see why for this business too. I have read the first blog, and thoroughly enjoyed it, and learned a lot.
