Real Estate Investive for the Passive Investor

First, I say thank you for accepting me into this group, it is greatly appreciated. I did want to put out a message to everyone in this group to ask if anyone is dealing or would have referrals for my situation. I am very interested in investing in real estate, especially in Indiana and with Indiana companies.....but I must confess that I would not know much about putting a hammer to a nail or what the best way for profiting from my investment (like selling it or renting it). Does anyone out there know of any companies or people that could help in this regard. I guess I would be looking at more of the passive investing side of things, since I would be doing nothing but floundering on the rest of it. Thanks again everyone, have a good day!!!
