Where should I start?

One problem I've always had with wholesaling gets the earnest money deposits. Once I had a deal on the line, but I lost it because I couldn't get a buyer quick enough. I'm in bed now from other businesses like, Ecommerce businesses that didn't work out, Etc. I've slowly climbed out and build up my personal credit again. Now wants to know if I should start it LLC and S Corp, pay for more classes and wholesaling and realestate in general, or just go for it and find the deals that I can put together without earnest money or little to no money? The reason I asked about the LLC and S Corp is because I know that business credit can take you a long way. So what should I do first?
