Airbnb/short term contract for vacation rental in North Carolina

Can anyone with a vacation rental/Airbnb/VRBO in North Carolina please share the contract they use to rent their property out? We bought a house in Franklin, NC that we are going to be renting out sometimes to friends and family and would like a short contract to use so there is a written agreement. I am an agent in FL so I’m sure I could find one if the property were here, but prefer one NC specific. Thanks in advance.
