Real Estate investor Lawyer

Hello, I'm trying to find a good real estate lawyer to help me with reviewing contracts in Anchorage but all I could find are estate lawyers. Most of the lawyers that I contacted are not familiar with the usual investor contract such as, assignments, lease options, etc. Is there anyone who knows a good lawyer I can contact? I also don't mind if they are out of state but someone not too expensive. Thanks!
