Need assistance getting access to Realcomp matrix for Detroit

Can anyone provide assistance with accessing the Real Comp matrix for the Detroit metro area? I am an investment analyst with a large investor, currently operating in Atlanta, Houston, Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville. I am performing market analysis on various markets that we are looking to expand in, and have narrowed it down to 3 markets. The Detroit MSA is number one on my list. Can anyone help me out with creating a login please? Thank you!
