BIGG Problem!! How I can start in this business ???

Hello everyone, I'm a 19 year old Italian boy, I'm studying in Miami and I'm trying to invest in real estate in the United States, however I'm not a resident and I do not have an SSN so the banks can not grant me a mortgage, the second problem is that I do not have much money, between 4 and 5 thousand dollars !! Can someone advise me what to do? Find a partner? get a loan from the seller without using banking institutions? or are there other solutions ?? Thanks so much!!
