Using Lease to Own for First Property in Washington DC
Hey There!
I will be moving to northern Virginia for work in the next few months, and I am trying to purchase my first property to house hack in the competitive market of Washington, DC. I am finding it extremely hard to find a 2br condo or row home in up and coming areas under $300,000, so I've turned to lease to own as an option.
Does anyone have experience with lease own strategies as a means of purchasing their first property?
