Funding Using Deal Desk

Hello, 

I am always getting great deals in which to invest, but I have no actual funding of my own. I have been to a lot of these real estate seminars in which there is a funding option through the "Deal Desk." Is anyone knowledgeable about this? I would greatly appreciate any information or guidance towards using this funding if it does indeed exist.
