Hello, my name is Sam Mitchell have gone into real estate so it will supplemental and eventually replace our incomes. We are currently networking in local REO's in the fort worth area, attended rich dad seminars and weekend workshops, and looking to do our first deal. We decided to start off by note flipping, then once we've had enough experience move on to house flipping. But first we just want to get our feet wet in making money. So my question is who would be good buyers to sell a house under contract to?
