Hey everyone, what is your preferred entity for your RE business? in your own personal name, as a Trust. as a LLC, as a S Corp?

This is a question to discuss with your RE attorney and CPA. There are always going to be varying factors which may make one option great for one person, and a tax disaster for another. 

But generally, you almost never want to hold property long term in a  Corp - Either S or C.
