Hello everyone!

My names Christian and I'm new to BiggerPockets and real estate investing as a whole. I wanted to reach out to individuals in the area to ask for some advice or tips for a newbie. I'm focusing on wholesaling currently but am looking to get into other forms of real estate investment in the future.
