Question if anyone can answer this: Is it possible to get a wholesale price on a piece of property if the real estate agent gave it to me via an MLS listing (if its not a foreclosure and its not an REO), they people just want to sell, BUT the listing is like a year old? Can I send a direct letter to the home owner, or do I or should I go through the realtor if it is coming off of their MLS they are providing?
