Looking For Some Advice
Hello all! So I am becoming more and more interested in becoming an investor in real estate. I am wondering (forgive me if i sound nieve ) how to get started. I am 23 and have no experience in real estate yet.... Ive read a couple books and done hours of research online but i figure getting some insight from someone directly involved is best.
So my biggest question is is there any way to get my foot in the door without having large sums of money on hand for a down payment. I read a lot about different types of loans and such but i don't know how it works. My goal is to buy and hold long term, and eventually going for bigger deals. PLEASE if you have any good info to guide my in a good direction let me know!
Thanks!
