BRRRR strategy when property is occupied
Question about BRRRR strategy or just buying and flipping a multi family. When you buy the property with the intent to remodel and it is already occupied what do you do? Have been analyzing deals just to get an idea of my market, but keep seeing long term tenants etc... what do you do in this situation?
